All that certain lot in the City of Richmond, Virginia, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the south line of Cedar Street 82’ west of the southwestern intersection of Cedar Street and Twenty-Fifth Streets, thence running westwardly along the said south line of Cedar Street 23’, thence running back southwardly between parallel lines 33’, more or less.
