All that lot in the City of Richmond, Virginia, bounded as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of Cedar Street, distant 105 feet west of the western line of 25th Street, thence running westwardly along and fronting on the southern line of Cedar Street 20’2”, thence running back southwardly between the eastern line of a 14’5” alley on the west and a line parallel therewith on the east 33’, more or less.

Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants and conditions of record, if any.
