described as follows: Beginning at a stake on the east side of the State Highway
No. 42 on a line of the Gilliand property; thence N. 66 ¾ degrees E. 254 feet,
following the line of the Gilliand property to a stake on the old County Road;
thence N. 16 degrees W. 105 feet to a stake; thence S. 71 degrees W. 271 feet to
a stake on the East side of the State Highway No. 42; thence S. 25 ½ degrees E.
123 feet to the point of Beginning.
Less and except that certain .39 of an acre, more or less, conveyed by
