That parcel of land in Brunswick County, Virginia, containing 50 acres, more or less, shown on plat dated January 19, 1934, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed of Trust Book 23, page 206.  Together with an outlet to the public road as reserved in Deed Book 74, page 297.

Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants and conditions of record, if any.

Said public auction to be held in front of the building housing the Circuit Court for the County of Brunswick, Virginia, on 216 North Main Street in Lawrenceville, Virginia, on May 18, 2007 at 2:00 p.m.  Terms:  Cash.  Bidder's deposit of 10% of the bid price IN CASH OR CASHIER'S OR CERTIFIED CHECK may be required at the time and place of sale, with balance of sale price to be paid in 14 days.
