PROPERTY INFORMATION:
- The property is being sold as is.
- We cannot arrange for you to inspect the
property prior to the sale.
- We have no authority to sell the property prior to the foreclosure sale, if you would like to purchase the property before the sale, you must deal directly with the current owner.
BIDDING INFORMATION:
- We will not disclose the amount of the note
holder's bid prior to the sale and we do not disclose the principal
balance due.
- The amount of the deposit which the highest
bidder will have to give to the trustee at the time of the sale is
described in the newspaper advertisement for each sale.
- The deposit must be made by cashier's or
certified check or cash at the foreclosure sale, with the balance of the
sale price to be paid in 14 days.
- The trustee will accept bidder's deposit which exceeds the amount required. The full amount of the deposit will be credited against the sale price.
GENERAL SALE INFORMATION:
- Prospective purchasers should consult their own
attorneys prior to the foreclosure sale for legal advice.
- Additional terms of the sale may be announced at the sale.
